How do I place a gift card order?

Can I send a purchase order for my gift card order?
Yes, as long as you’ve established credit terms with us or the payment accompanies the purchase order in the form of a check or credit card. To set up terms with us, please go to our credit application.

What terms are extended with your credit account?
Net 30 terms

How long does it take to set up a credit account?
It takes approximately 2 weeks for us to establish your credit account. We require at least 3 trade references on our credit application so the establishment of your account can take longer should it take us longer to get a response from your references.

Can sales tax and delivery charges be paid for with gift cards?
Yes, Bass Pro Shops gift cards may be used just like cash for our products and services.

What happens if a gift card is lost or stolen?
Gift cards should be treated as cash, however, we do have the capability to remove funds from our gift cards if we have the 19 digit card number from the back of the gift card. This can sometimes be traced back to your original order, but this is not guaranteed. We are only able to remove the funds that are still on the gift card. If a lost or stolen gift card is used, it is the same as cash and cannot be replaced.

Can I get a refund on gift cards purchases?
Unfortunately no, however, in extreme circumstances, we may be able to refund gift cards. Any refunds issued for returned gift cards will carry a 10% “re-stock” fee. This fee is based on the face value of all gift cards returned.

Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?
Certain states provide limited cash redemption rights.

I don’t have enough money on my gift card to cover my purchase, can I add my own payment to the order?
Yes, if you’re redeeming your gift card and do not have enough funds on the card to cover the purchase, you can pay for the additional amount via check or credit card.

Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?
For our corporate customers, we offer special pricing for bulk purchases, of the same product style, for most of our items. This special price structure varies from item to item. Please contact us or call 1-800-951-1000 ext. 1 to get a quote on the item(s) you’re interested in. Our Columbia and Carhartt merchandise cannot be discounted.

Can merchandise be returned?
Yes, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been personalized or customized with your logo or specifications, unfortunately, cannot be returned. Bass Pro Shops offers a "no hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased through the catalog or online, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, all electronics and non-Bass Pro brand rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer. Redhead, Rocky, and Danner boots have a 1 year warranty, while most other boots and shoes have a 60-day money-back guarantee (with proof of purchase from Bass Pro Shops). We can not accept the returns of boots that are older than 1 year. Items not covered by manufacturer's warranty may be returned (with proof of purchase) on an inspection basis only. All Bass Pro Shops brand rods have a one-year warranty. Note: Merchandise covered by manufacturer's w arranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

What type of incentive programs do you offer?

How do I place an Embroidery order?
Before an order can be placed, your logo must be set up within our embroidery system. To submit your logo and obtain an embroidery quote, please email your logo to embroidery@basspro.com.  You will receive a quote for embroidery within 2 business days.

How long will it take to get my embroidery order?
From the first contact to receiving your embroidered merchandise generally takes about 3-4 weeks. Rush services are available – our embroidery experts can provide details – call 1-866-389-2662 for more information.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery items?
We require that you have at least 6 pieces embroidered, with the same logo, at the same time. We do have some merchandise that requires you to order at least 6 pieces of the same style, but most of our merchandise can be ordered piece by piece to equal 6 pieces. If you are unable to meet our minimum of 6 pieces, you can opt to pay a $35.00 less than minimum fee to meet our requirements.

Can I use your logo in my promotional materials?
Yes, but any use of our logo is prohibited until prior written approval is given. We require complete control over our logos in any print media, print usage as well as web/internet usage. We must be sent and must approve, in advance, all copy proposed to be utilized in any promotional campaign. To request a logo, please contact us.
